  Derek Digna was highly professional throughout the entire process and communicated clearly with us. He not only guided us through the process but also kept us informed about the actions he and his team were taking. His approach was consistently proactive and engaging, which made us feel very comfortable with the format and confident in the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Derek is an excellent professional who demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service.

  We recently completed our new construction home at Bella Terrace in Bella Terrace with Pulte Homes, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. A special thank you to Derek, our construction manager, who was incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the build. He always took the time to answer our questions, kept us updated, and made sure everything was completed with care and quality. We also want to thank Marissa, our sales consultant, for being so kind, patient, and supportive during the entire journey. She made us feel comfortable and helped guide us through every step of the process. In addition, the teams at Pulte Mortgage and PGP Title were excellent to work with. The financing and closing process went very smoothly and efficient. We are truly happy with our new home and grateful to everyone involved in making this dream come true. We highly recommend Pulte Homes and the Bella Terrace community to anyone looking to build a new home!

  Anyone considering a Pulte home should really take the time to research the actual quality Pulte delivers. Pulte values stockholder returns vs actually delivering a quality product and as such its reflected by the labor they hire who build their homes. Contractors willing to do the job for what Pulte pays equals you get what you pay for. As a Pulte home owner I’d strongly discourage anyone from actually buying one of these paper thin homes that the second a warranty runs out the house starts falling apart. If you’re dead set on a Pulte GET A PRE DRYWALL INSPECTION and an inspection prior to accepting the keys and signing on the dotted line. It’s your only point of true leverage. In the end the way Pulte has treated us I can say with 100% certainty that I would NEVER buy a Pulte new build ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

  We recently moved into our new home at Bella Terrace by Pulte Homes, and our experience has been wonderful. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The construction quality exceeded our expectations, and the entire process felt smooth and well-organized. A special thank you to our construction manager, Derek, whose professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made us feel confident every step of the way. We are very happy with our decision and highly recommend Bella Terrace to anyone looking for a new home.
