- JBJelani BashirMay 8, 20261.0Pine Ridge was previously managed by highly experienced professionals under Greystar. They were good in communication and responded to maintenance issues quickly. Now, a new management has taken over. Very poor communication and slow response time for maintenance. It took them months to replace my faulty microwave. There was a time I called them about 9:00 AM to remind them about the microwave situation. The person said she would forward my maintenance requests, but I will be charged a fee because it's out of hours. Very awful!
