  My husband and I have lived at Pine Ridge for almost a year and we absolutely love it. It's a very quiet neighborhood and Jessica and Gary have always been super helpful and responsive. The maintenance team at Pine Ridge is top notch. We have had the pleasure to work with Deandre a lot and he has been wonderful. He is super helpful, kind, and nice and has helped us with different things beyond just maintenance issues (he drove outside of the community to help me jump my car once and spent about an hour getting it going). We have had an overall great experience in this community and would recommend this to anyone looking for a home in Rochester!

  It’s been a good experience. The folks at leasing office were helpful, the location has been great, and no negative surprises.

  Pine Ridge was previously managed by highly experienced professionals under Greystar. They were good in communication and responded to maintenance issues quickly. Now, a new management has taken over. Very poor communication and slow response time for maintenance. It took them months to replace my faulty microwave. There was a time I called them about 9:00 AM to remind them about the microwave situation. The person said she would forward my maintenance requests, but I will be charged a fee because it's out of hours. Very awful!
