  So far, my move-in experience has not been the best. Unfortunately, the unit was not properly cleaned before I moved in, and there are several areas that could use improvement, including the carpet, baseboards, and overall condition of the unit. Considering the monthly rent and the location, I expected the home to be in better condition upon move-in. That being said, I’m trying to make the best of the situation. My leasing agent has been very kind, helpful, and responsive, and I truly appreciate her efforts to work with management to address my concerns. I’m hopeful that with better communication and follow-through, these issues will be resolved and my experience will improve over time.

  My husband, myself, and now our daughter have loved living here. We have been here 5 years and love the peaceful community. Maintenance is very responsive and always addresses our concerns in a timely manner. We have gotten a Brand new dishwasher and brand new washer/dryer stack while living here because they started to break. They even saved baby birds from being trapped our dryer exhaust vent! I would definitely recommend oaks at Hampton!

  We recently moved out after living at Oaks at Hampton for the past three years, and overall, we had a very positive experience. The community is quiet, safe, and located in a great area with easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks, and major roads. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a wonderful place to live as a family. Whenever we needed maintenance, the team was courteous and professional, and the leasing office staff was always friendly and willing to help. The open areas are well maintained, and we enjoyed taking walks around the community. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, and we created many wonderful memories here over the last three years. While no apartment community is perfect, our overall experience was very good, and we’re grateful for the time we spent here. Thank you to the Oaks at Hampton team for making it a place we were happy to call home. We wish the community continued success and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live in Rochester Hills.
