Loved my time here. Staff, maintenance, and neighborhood are great. Resident portal is easy to use. And you can’t beat the location. 11/10 and I’m sure I’ll miss it.

Shina!! Shina is so great, she helped my uncle get his portal and autopay set up. She was so thorough and kind! As my uncle is aging and technology is advancing it’s really hard for some people to navigate it. However, Shina is the person to help if you have trouble she’ll guide you through to make sure you fully understand and she’s extremely patient. She downloaded the app on his phone showed him what every option does and set up his autopay for him! If you need technology help or want to have your friends and family living somewhere where they are treated like friends and families instead of clients! Move here and work with Shina! Maintenance is also super kind! William and Craig are outstanding! Thanks oaks team! My uncle will continue to keep renewing!
