Our a/c compressor blew on one of the hottest days of the summer and Matt, the maintenance supervisor, at Meridian Meadows and team replaced the unit in under 24 hours and installed a temporary window unit while the issue was being resolved. Thank you guys, appreciate the work!
We couldn't be happier with our decision to move here! The community is beautiful, and we love our townhouse. The floor plan is well designed, and the space feels much bigger than it looks.
The staff has been fantastic, especially Julie. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and always quick to answer our questions. She made everything stress-free from start to finish. Thank you, Julie! We highly recommend this community!

I recently signed my lease at Meridian Meadows, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience . Julie has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She has been kind, professional, responsive, and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for my move.
Julie made sure my apartment was freshly painted with brand-new carpet, and I really appreciate the care and attention that went into preparing it. The apartment has a beautiful, functional layout that feels both comfortable and welcoming.
The community itself is beautiful. I love the peaceful setting, the walking trails, the gorgeous pool, and all of the amenities. Everything feels well maintained, and the grounds create a relaxing atmosphere. It’s easy to see the pride the staff takes in keeping the property looking its best.
Thank you, Julie, for making this such a positive experience. I’m excited to call Meridian Meadows my new home and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live!
Leasing office was unorganized and disrespectful. From our entire time living here, we had issues communicating and working with the office. Their main method of communication for important notices is taping a piece of paper to your door. We were only informed that our rent was being raised $150 61 days before our lease was up, despite the office requiring we give 60 day notice that we are moving. Because we couldn’t give notice within the window, we were charged a lot of extra money. We tried to talk to the property manager about this but were never able to reach her to have an actual conversation despite emailing, calling, and showing up to the leasing office multiple times. They also charger us for a washer dryer they we owned for over a year, although they did reimburse us after we found the mistake and proved we owned the units.
Tldr: overpriced for what you get and poorly managed. Clearly a cooperation that cares more about getting money than working with residents who need a place to live.
