  Disappointed Experience — Not Military Friendly We do not recommend this community. We’re a military family with strict relocation orders and a limited window to secure housing after arriving in Michigan. We were initially told that we would receive an approval decision by Monday. However, after multiple follow-ups, the staff continued to repeat the same “pending review” response without offering clear communication or consideration for our time-sensitive situation. When I spoke directly with the property manager, Nancy, she confirmed we would have an answer today, yet as of 4:56 p.m., no update had been provided. Due to these delays, we had no choice but to withdraw our application to avoid further disruption to my husband’s military reporting schedule. I hope this feedback encourages management to improve communication, staff professionalism, and responsiveness—especially for military families who operate under strict timelines. Clear, courteous communication and respect go a long way.

  Terrible , just Terrible. The 50 pg lease agreement that they make you sign is very one sided and Punitive. My family had to move out of state and had 6 months left of our lease , and one option to terminate the lease was to pay the rest of the 6 months in full and x 1 1/2 ... so in plain English is this. $12,000 left of the lease for 6 months and another $6000 on top of that= $18000. So it’s your lease and as penalty add another 50% on top. I have never ever heard of any apartment complex have such ridiculous, punitive , punishment for breaking a lease. Some other complexes have 1 months rent penalty or 1.5 months penalty. Which we offered to pay as penalty for breaking the lease. Mind you this is all taking place in a Pandemic , the entire world is dealing with the Covid pandemic and this is how Tribute Creek treat their customers.

  It's a shame that it took the apartment management over a year to finally create designated handicap parking spots (painting them today a few complexes over - FINALLY!). As a close relative of a resident, with a sister who is currently in a wheel chair, and living at this complex, it is quite frustrating for our family. The residents are allowed to park in front of the wheel chair ramps to the side walks because there are no reserved handicap spots preventing them from doing so. Shame on you Tribute Creek.

  Pest Problem My family and I moved into the apartment this summer. The house is very nice besides one problem. We have caught hundreds of flies. I am not exaggerating when I say hundreds. We have gone through countless cans of Raid. People have come multiple times to attempt to solve the problem but it has not helped at all. We have no pets and a very clean house that we clean regularly.
