  The customer service representative was awesome. Mrs. Beonca called me to acknowledge the inquiry message. She also allowed me to schedule a viewing of the property expeditiously. The Huntington Park Townhomes are beautiful inside and outside.

  I think my maintenance guys name is Tim. He is always on time. He always greets you with a smile. He always explains what he is going to do and how long the job takes. He never goes over the time. He is always professional. If we had more people in the world like Tim, it would be a better place!😊

She answered all of my questions, made me feel welcome, and provided an excellent experience\. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend touring with her\.

  Do not live here. I’ve lived here for 2.5 months now. Really wanted to give this place a shot because the price but it’s not worth it. I have a pest issue. Killing centipedes, spiders and ants daily. I do not have a pet. Even after they came and sprayed, twice, it didn’t help. Dead mice on the sidewalks. My basement after cleaning it twice still smells like cat pee from previous people. I moved in and there were drawings all over the walls so it was obviously not painted before I moved it. Broken blinds. They let trash pile up even though you pay for it monthly. Dead mice on the sidewalks. I’ve tried to be understanding but this place is not well kept at all. Very disappointing. Pool is also frequently dirty. I would not recommend this place.
