She answered all of my questions, made me feel welcome, and provided an excellent experience\. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend touring with her\.

  Do not live here. I’ve lived here for 2.5 months now. Really wanted to give this place a shot because the price but it’s not worth it. I have a pest issue. Killing centipedes, spiders and ants daily. I do not have a pet. Even after they came and sprayed, twice, it didn’t help. Dead mice on the sidewalks. My basement after cleaning it twice still smells like cat pee from previous people. I moved in and there were drawings all over the walls so it was obviously not painted before I moved it. Broken blinds. They let trash pile up even though you pay for it monthly. Dead mice on the sidewalks. I’ve tried to be understanding but this place is not well kept at all. Very disappointing. Pool is also frequently dirty. I would not recommend this place.

  Read that smoking of any kind was supposed to be prohibited on this property but my neighbors smoke blatantly out in the open on their porch, I can smell it often in my own home which is not good since I have asthma. My laundry room on top of that looks like a nightmare as did the washing machine, I just do my laundry at the laundromat now so I don't really care anymore. The upstairs vents are abysmal for air conditioning, I'm dying almost every day and night. Walls are thin to where I can hear my neighbors rapping, arguing, showering and talking on the phone which is an abysmal way to live. Other than that it's a place to live, just not worth $1,500+ every month, especially with the unreasonable fees.

  I wasn't going to leave a review due to letting bygones be bygones. However when trying to get my security deposit back months after moving out when I should of received it by now I was told I am no longer getting it back and instead they are saying I owe them... Insane. Let me start by saying I stayed there a little over 3 years. Each year worse than the last. The walls are paper thin if anyone tells you different they are LYING and your only hope against this is to get a corner unit and only share one wall or pray to your god that your neighbors are thoughtful however if my experience is anything to go by THEY WON'T BE THOUGHTFUL. If you ignore my advice and the list of others when you do your walkthrough do not only look at the sample house or whatever they call it ask to see a real unit and when you get to the top of the stairs stand and listen where the landing meets the bathroom and the bathroom itself. You will hear everything that is going on in the unit attached to yours there. I had to move units it was so bad. The management at the time of my stay was helpful they did move me to a "nicer" unit at the same rental price as the last one. But guess what the same issue happened you would think they would put single rents near other single or couples but no you will get screaming adults with their screaming kids count on it. The rent went up almost $400 at the time when I moved in vs when I left what you pay for you might think is a good deal and for the most part it is location wise, amenities etc but you will regret every minute of it depending on your neighbors. The right side you will hear everything, the left side is slightly quieter but the master bedrooms are aligned so good luck to you if you have a neighbor who loves to scream on the phone all hours of the night, or a neighbor who lets their kid/kids run wild day and night. Look elsewhere
