  I’ve had a great experience living in Huntingparc. The maintenance is very timely and anytime I have a concern, the management acts promptly. The only downside is there are some foundation concerns. Flooding has occurred. The environment is quiet where I am. But overall this is a great community to live.

  The respone time to maintenance problems are always very prompt. The staff are always kind, helpful and polite.

  to start with: i do not live here, i have a client i petsit for which is why i am posting. while walking her dog, i've noticed other residents, notably with larger dogs (these are the ones i've seen so far), haven't been picking up after their dogs when there's clearly bags provided at the dog poop posts. please do better. how can you be too lazy to pick up after your dog if you're not too lazy to bring them out for a walk? if property management cares enough for the representation of their property, then hopefully this will be enforced.

  Leaving this review for Kyle, who is an a wonderful handyman. Whenever I have to place a work order he is always prompt and goes above and beyond to get the job done, while always being kind and courteous. I truly appreciate everything he’s done from fixing the garbage disposal to snaking how the basement drain to getting my fridge realigned. Kyle is an asset to Huntington Parc Townhomes and a reliable handyman who comes no matter what and takes care of the issue in no time.

  I genuinely have enjoyed living here. While the walls being extremely thin is unpleasant, majority of the appliances are of decent quality and have lasted since move-in. Whether you're in a classic or updated unit, it does look nice. If anything breaks or needs tweaking, maintenance is typically on it at least same day or within 48 hours. Neighbors are friendly or don't bother you at all, never really see any police presence, and no package pirates (as far as I know). Delivery drivers tend to have a hard time over here - Amazon, DoorDash, UberEats... so I wish we had more outdoor lighting and bigger unit numbers. Beyond it all, these townhomes are affordable, safe, quiet (hopefully your neighbors are), and nice quality.
