  They are charging me an extra $1,200 because I gave a 35 day notice of not renewing my lease instead of a 60 day notice. I couldn't give a 60 day notice because my plans were to release out of convenience, until their employees damaged my patio furniture on multiple occasions within the last couple weeks. I decided not to renew my lease and thought I was giving plenty notice with 35 days, since it's usually 30. Was very surprised when they said they will bill an extra $1,200 when i move out, despite my lease end date not changing. Edward Rose is a horrible management company. They ignore you. I have lived with them in the past. I thought this would be a good experience since I am alone this time but it appears to be just as bad. They try to get as much money from you as they can. The water is RED here and the community will constantly tell you it's clear. Your water will constantly shut off for "repairs" despite the community insisting it's safe. Management can walk into your apartment, and change your lease whenever they well please. Contractors will destroy your patio furniture, so don't even think about putting anything on it. Can't wait for when i move out and they keep my security deposit for non existent damage, as that seems to be the trend with this company. I'd be willing to edit this review if management would actually respond to me about this extra $1,200 they want, but can't get ahold of anyone

  First interaction was over the phone and received amazing customer service. Once we met in person for the tour, it was nothing but top notch communication, conversation and customer service. She answered all of our questions, nothing but amazing things from her- anyone looking to schedule a tour make sure you work with jasmine.
