Russell is such a good handy maintenance man , I had a issue and he fixed it asap :)
I traveled from Ohio to view this property after scheduling an appointment online. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
When I arrived, the employee at the reception desk, Zakiya Parker, refused to show me the property despite my confirmed appointment. I was specifically interested in viewing a three-bedroom unit, as the website indicated that it was available and allowed me to book an appointment for it.
When I asked why I could not view the unit, I was informed that no three-bedroom units were available for viewing. When I sought clarification regarding the discrepancy between the website information and what I was being told in person, my questions were not adequately addressed. I was also told that she was not comfortable with me, which I found surprising and unprofessional given that I was simply seeking information about a scheduled property tour.
As a professional who took the time to travel from Ohio specifically for this appointment, I expected courteous service, clear communication, and accurate information. I request that management review this incident and ensure that staff members are properly trained to handle customer inquiries professionally and consistently.
I hope management will investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to improve the customer experience for future prospective residents.

Innova is deserving of 5 stars simply because of the experience of being supported by Russ. He quickly addresses all of our needs whenever we submit a maintenance ticket, and is very good about explaining the root causes and solutions.
In regards to other facets of living here, when we first moved in, the apartment was not fully clean, and my family and I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning the floors and wiping everything down. When we shared this feedback with the property manager, we were told that basically the team worked hard and essentially disregarded our feedback. I believe this was a prior priority manager though.
It doesn’t look like the gym has been cleaned once since we moved here a few months ago, which is gross. I would imagine it can’t be too hard/expensive to pay for a weekly cleaning, but for some reason that’s not a priority here. I hope the pool and other amenities will be maintained better in the warmer months.
Overall we like living here - we have substantial space, parking is convenient, landscaping is beautiful, and the location is fantastic at the intersection of many neighborhoods.
I’ve had a fantastic experience at Innova. The office staff truly goes above and beyond. They’re always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, creating a welcoming and positive environment for both residents and team members.
Maintenance is just as impressive. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the team does a great job making sure everything is taken care of the first time.
The community itself is always clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful, and there’s a clear level of care and attention put into keeping everything looking its best. The updated features throughout the community add a modern and comfortable touch.
The amenities are also amazing. Everything is well kept, inviting, and adds to the overall experience of the community.
Overall, Innova is a wonderful place with a strong team and a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well managed, clean, and welcoming community.
