  Very smooth transition to moving in the staff and maintenance was super helpful and installing items and figuring out problems that arose. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch and perfect for move-in. Love the convenience of all of the smart home features such as the Google nest thermostat as well as the ring doorbell camera

  We lived here for over six years and enjoyed every moment at this wonderful apartment complex! First of all, Zara and Logan are so gracious and able to handle nearly any situation with grace and helpfulness. I cannot say enough good about both of them! While we were living here, we had a pond / wildlife view which was wonderful to look at every day being in a busy metropolitan area. The units are quiet, clean, modern and full of good energy that I felt took care of our family in good and bad times. It was difficult to part ways and move onto the next chapter but we will always be thankful for our time at Encore at Manchester.

  I am very satisfied with my experience. The leasing staff responded very quickly, and the application process was smooth and efficient. The building is very well maintained and clean, which made a great first impression. Overall, I am very happy with my choice and would highly recommend this apartment community.

  I was a resident here for 5 years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this community. From day one, the staff, Zara and Logan, has always been friendly, professional, understanding, and incredibly flexible whenever I needed assistance. Maintenance is always quick to respond and handles requests efficiently and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.
