I've only been here for a month, but so far, I'm really enjoying my apartment, especially the brightness of the rooms from the huge windows! A much appreciated added benefit is the washer and dryer in each unit (a MAJOR PLUS). The neighbors are quiet and friendly, also a huge plus! I have only a couple of aggravating things that drive me up the wall. There is not enough storage space in the apartment, and no additional small storage areas for any of the units. Every other apartment I have ever lived in have at least a small, easily accessible, private storage room for each unit. There is no linen closet, and there are only TWO(!?!) drawers in the entire apartment! There are no places to store tableware and cooking utensils and dischloths and dish towels with only these two drawers. Even with a huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom, the actual storage space is very limited. Not one of the closets have any type of shelving for blankets, sheets, bath towels, etc.. I have found myself purchasing many items to maximize and make use of the space I have, but this has been quite costly, and is not the most ideal solution. It would seem to me that the company or people who designed these units did not take any of these issues into consideration, and with the cost of rent (as high as it is) and if I had noticed this during our walk-through, I would have chosen something more suitable for my needs. One other issue I have found to be a nuisance, is the dumpsters that service this complex are nowhere near big enough for only once weekly trash removal, and there are no recycle bins for cardboard or anything else. I would love to see the addition of recycling bins but if that's not possible, at least larger (and easier accessibility, as the current ones don't have side access doors/panels, as most other dumpsters of this size and larger do) and/or more dumpsters. I have enjoyed my time here so far, and I would rate this apartment complex 5 stars if these issues could be improved.

Maintenance is great! He’s very nice and quick. We do like our apartment. But some things need to change. The parking is ridiculous! Some apartments have 3-4 cars each. College apartments have so many and visitors coming taking up parking spots and our carports so residents can’t even park. owners do not clean up their dog poop. We pay too much to have to worry about not having a place to park when we get home and stepping in dog poop.

Management pretty much trapped my mother into a lease after false advertising. It's her story to tell if she wants but I wouldn't rent from them.
