  Overall nice community. A couple of things could be worked on like trash from tenants both left on the ground or not in the dumpster at times. Would also put in outside cameras to catch people who cannot pick up the dog poop of their pet. Also would be better to have hardwood floor in the main living area. Easier care and makes the apartment more appealing to people. Kitchens are a also way too small.

  They engage in dynamic pricing. This means the 2 bed apartment that lured me in at 1206 jumped to 1380 in one week. The pricing also generally increases the longer you wait, putting a heavy pressure to act asap and make a decision. They say it fluctuates based on "market conditions." Seems to me it's just the most effective way to extract more revenue from their properties. The room looked great and our specialist Chris S was very kind and helpful, but I can't keep logging on EVERY DAY to check the price to see if its fallen even close to where I first saw it. The only 2 bed available has now jumped to 1500-1600/mo depending on what move in day, so I think I'm done.

  Mark was very helpful the microwave works great. Mark is very knowledgeable and works right along.

  Great management and Mark in maintenance does a great quality job. Thank you Mark for another great snow removal this Sunday Mark just fixed our no hot water problem. Did a great job and fixed it quick.
