  Please do not use Deb Morris as your realtor agent . She will rent you a house and say your breaking things in the house or make up something false on you to evict you so she can take your money she has been doing it for 5 years that I know of and is under a major investigation by the housing authority and police. She's a fraud a lier and a scammer. Coldwell banker is good just not Deb Morris .

  Tj has been an amazing realtor. He's so very helpful. Made everything as stress free as possible. First time home buyer. I thought it would be a nightmare trying to navigate viewings, offers etc. However, he has made it as easy as possible for me and my family. I've been grateful to him since starting this journey during the spring time this year and before fall we have been able to close on my families forever home. If I was ever going to get back into another home I would definitely go with Tj again. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who will ask for a great realtor. As I'm his first sale on his own this end would not have been possible if he didn't send my loan officer my way after 2 attempts between rocket mortgage and zillow home loans, he was able to get me headed in the right direction. As it's been little over a month with the loan officer she has gotten us at the closing line. I would probably still be viewing houses, fighting with Zillow's lack of responses and then ghosting me and Tj. if not for Tj this would not have come this far as we were able to finish closing on 8/20. It has been a headache free wonderful experience to work with Tj. I doubt anyone who works with him would have anything bad to say or ever have a bad experience. He is so nice and works for you not the other way around. Goodluck to Tj and his future client's.

  Chad Hilts was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of selling our house. His communication was always prompt, he explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, and he made what could have been a very stressful process feel comfortable and manageable. From day one, we felt like we could completely trust Chad, and that trust was never misplaced. He was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely went above and beyond for us. We ended up receiving multiple offers within just four days of listing! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Chad. Selling a home is a huge decision, and having someone like him in your corner makes all the difference. We are so grateful for everything he did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!
