  This company is a joke. If you’re a tenant, be prepared to beg to get your lawn mowed. I had to pay a professional cleaning fee before move in and there was still dust and grime everywhere. Bath tub was disgusting. Complained and sent pictures, and they said it was nonrefundable. Before move out I left it cleaner than the state it was in before I moved in, and still received a portion of my security deposit used for “spot cleaning”. Was also charged $100 for a new thermostat when all it needed was new batteries. After requesting a portion of the security deposit back I was still denied. More problems than positives with this company.

  The application and leasing process was so smooth and now getting ready to pay the move in cost and pick up the keys for there commercial space in Eastpointe and the property manager lady is so nice and everything I’m glad to take the opportunity to lease through them
