In general and subject to certain exclusions, our limited home warranty includes coverage for materials and workmanship; coverage for heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems; and coverage for structural components of the home. Trash and recycling pickup for these new homes is handled through the city and is not an HOA item.

Kensington Ridge by Del Webb is a 55+ Active Adult Community only, but we encourage grandchildren to visit, as the community will have a new amenity center in 2025 that will host a large outdoor pool, and other fun recreational activities.
