- JRJohn RossJul 14, 20264.0I can't give five stars because there a few things that are falling short in the community. First, we love our home, the neighborhood and the Lake House. We have not had any major issues with our build and the small items were addressed in our one year walk through. There are so many activities to do on a daily basis. Second, the landscape company Pulte hired, Meadowbrook Acres is where there is some shortcomings. They do a great job cutting the grass and maintaining the grounds, they don't do a good job of replacing dead trees and shrubs. I feel Pulte could do a better job of leaning on them to make sure the homeowners are happy with the landscaping they paid for in the purchase of their home. It doesn't look good when you drive through the complex and see dead trees in yards. **Update** Meadowbrook Maintenance replaced the dead tree this morning and it looks great.

From selecting tile in the shower to exterior colors it has been an amazing experience. I have been in my home for 5 months and yes, there have been issues but those things have been resolved as quickly as humanly possible. Pulte, DelWebb has a reputation to uphold and I know they will not let me/us down. I, for one, know that I can count on the Kensington Ridge team.

Punch list items never completed, emails go on deaf ears to get work done. Work quality leaves a lot to be desired. Excuses and finger pointing are abundant but completion of punch list items is non-existent. Don't make the same mistake we did!!!
