- GFGinger Fisher5 days ago5.0I am a nurse who was attempting to move closer to my grandchildren. So I was looking to move from Coloma Michigan to Grand Rapids Michigan and decided that a new modular was the way I was going to go. I stopped at Clayton Homes in Martin Michigan and spoke with Jennifer Edwards about purchasing a home. She showed me units that were on sale and they were great but when I explained what I was looking for she showed me the Jewel and I fell in love. So I told her I would contact her as soon as my home sold and I was ready to move. She kept in touch with me about my progress and let me know the home was still available. When I encountered a problem locating a park that would let me place my own home in their park, she suggested looking for a price a land to place the home. That option was not feasible as the land was more than the home. I then found a park in the vicinity of where I wanted to be that would take my home and place it. I made a deposit on the home and we were on track to buying my dream home. My home was pending sale and I was getting my dream home. I was happy. Then two weeks later the financing for the buyers of my home fell through and I could no longer make the move at this time. I called Jennifer and explained the situation and she gladly made sure I got my deposit back and said she would stay in touch to check when I would be continuing. I would deal with Clayton Homes of Martin and Jennifer Edwards again gladly.

- SSSheryl SalazarJul 20, 20265.0Upon arriving Clayton Homes in Martin, MI, we received a friendly greeting by Logan Moore, who proceeded to ask questions to understand the type of home we were looking for to suit our needs. We went on a guided tour through the homes which included the options we shared with Logan. He responded to all of our questions throughout the tour. We were allowed to view additional homes on our own, then met with Logan afterwards in the office to view 3D tours online of home options that were not on site. We were pleased with the professionalism Logan exhibited and the informative details he provided regarding the Clayton Homes company and its home options. Thank you, Logan!
