- JSJohn SmithOct 13, 20161.0AVOID. Horrible bank manger! Extremely rude and aggressive behavior. When asked for his name; would not give it, nor, give the name to his supervisor or any identification numbers. When I Informed the bank manager I was to file a complaint, he replied by: "it would fall on deaf ears". The tellers and bankers are good at their jobs, however, the bank manager is unpleasant and frightening. With everything else going bad for wells fargo, you would at least expect some decent customer service. Bank Manager is unpleasant and frightening. Horrible bank manger! AVOID.
