  From the moment I applied for APS rentals, their staff has been extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating. We’ve hit a few bumps in the road financially, and they’re willing to work with you on that. Aside from these, the apartments are really well kept. The appliances were all newly updated when we moved in, so it makes cooking more enjoyable. The entire move-in process was efficient and easy. Highly recommend renting from APS :)

  I had planned a move back to Marquette back in April and needed a storage unit ASAP. The young man I talked to was extremely helpful from the time I put a deposit down to today when I finally was able to pick up key. I can't say enough good things about young man, I wish I could remember his name so I didn't have to refer to him as "young man", but at 73 memory gets a little fuzzy. Anyway, he's an exceptional employee. Give him a raise!

  I liked living here! Maintence is pretty quick and I had a nice room. They have come within the hour of needing help. Nothing really wrong with my stay. The girl who works in the office is always super nice and helpful.

  We recently moved in an APS apartment. The apartment was clean, and move in ready. The office staff answered ALL of our questions and were very helpful throughout leasing and move in. We had one small issue with the water; fixed the very next day.
