    Windows look like they’ve never been cleaned. Hallway carpet smells and need to be replaced.

    Nice place! Great leasing agent. The apartment is perfect for us. I would like to have seen the apartment cleaner in preparation for occupancy. We love the area!

    Upon touring Lexington me and my fiancée noticed tremont apartments as well. We toured both apartments the same day but fell in love with the Tremont Apartments. Staff showed us around very professionally. Helped us throughout our application process . Now we are in love with our new home! We couldn’t be more happy. Thank you to Nicole for everything!

    The apartments to the eye looks super beautiful and modern, but please do not move here if you do not like noise or trash. The walls are super thin, i hear everything my neighbor does, lots of bumping etc, trash is always left outside people doors instead of the dumpster. You have maintenance people that come to clean out previous apartments at like 8 am making so much noise.
