  Came to enjoy the pool with my daughter and was greeted by a green pool. When we saw staff to mention the maintenance gentleman was extremely apologetic saying he’s the only one. The woman staff member with him was dismissive and unwelcoming. My daughter works hard and pays a lot of money to live here and the amenities deserve to be treated as such.

  Have asked management and leasing staff to have maintenance take care of pool multiple times and I come to enjoy the pool on a 90 degree day. The staff is out of office this week and there is no one maintain the pool. Very sad how tenants amenities are neglected even when brought to attention multiple times

  I was considering this complex for a move. Took a drive over to check it out and, well, it’s no longer on my list. The garbage dumpsters were overflowing severely with trash spread far and the smell was so overwhelming it came through my car vents from the street. Property management seems to be a plague to this region Response to owner: I think your time would be better spent learning to properly manage your properties.
