  I applied to this apartment because a friend said they had good costumer service. BOY WERE THEY WRONG. They never called and gave me any updates about my application. I had to call them and they just gave me the run around. First I was told I was denied for credit and then income. I went through their guarantor program and I would have to pay a non refundable fee of 2,019 which I was absolutely fine with since I needed to move urgently. They told me they need to review it and days later I still did not get an updated and had to call them for answers which again there was another run around that could have been avoided had they communicated. It was just a headache and waste of a 210 application fee. Plus they are saying that my 150 will be mailed in 30 DAYS TO MY OLD ADDRESS THAT I NEED TO MOVE FROM. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Only good person working there is Amar. He was trying to help as best as he could when I finally was able to talk to someone. Hopefully he gets a better position with a different apartment complex.

  Using verified net income instead of gross for these is unfortunate, while I’m sure quality they don’t meet the standards to have to take home that much after taxes in order to qualify

  Amarr did an excellent job helping us move in. Your whole staff is always so polite and helpful no matter the inquiry! I will recommend (Lexington village) to anyone searching for a place to call home. Thank you everyone 💓
