  If I could give a 0 review I would. Unfortunately, our experience with Lexington Village has been extremely frustrating. We understand that an apartment community has rules and policies, but the way situations are handled here often feels like there is no willingness to work with residents or consider individual circumstances. We have experienced repairs and maintenance issues that were not addressed in a timely manner, and we have also had personal belongings removed from common/storage areas without what we felt was adequate notice or communication. We have also dealt with significant financial hardship while waiting for assistance through DHS. Despite management being aware that a DHS payment was being processed, late fees and additional charges continued to be added, making an already difficult situation even harder to resolve. One situation that particularly upset us was having our vehicle towed around the time of my husband’s father’s funeral, despite us previously being told that the vehicle being there was okay. Having to deal with something like that while our family was grieving was incredibly upsetting. What has been most disappointing is the overall lack of compassion and flexibility. We have repeatedly tried to communicate, resolve issues, and explain our circumstances, but it often feels like the response is simply, “this is the policy,” rather than anyone trying to find a reasonable solution. We are not saying residents shouldn’t be responsible for their obligations or that rules shouldn’t exist. We are saying that people sometimes go through difficult circumstances and expect management to communicate clearly and treat them with some basic understanding and respect. I am sharing this review because I hope someone higher up within the company actually takes the time to look at how situations are being handled at this property. Residents deserve to feel heard and treated like people, not just account numbers.

  Nicole and im sorry i dont remember her name but the lady who's desk is next to Nicole's in the office were very helpful from start to finish of getting me into a nice unit

  PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE AND THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. YOU HAVE TO PAY AT LEAST 10% MORE ON THE TOP OF YOUR MONTHLY RENT. THEY CHARGED YOU SO MANY THINGS THAT ARE UNACCEPTABLE. THEY EVEN CHARGED YOU $10 FOR YOU TO PAY ON TIME WITH YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT IF YOU DONOT SET UP AN AUTO PAY. STAFFS ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ONLY NEW MANAGER APPEARS TO BE FAIR AND GREAT. I HOPE SHE WILL CLEAN THE HOUSE AND TRAIN THESE STAFFS TO SERVE US BETTER. BUT THE MOST IMPROTANT THING IS THE CHARGE. THERE ARE SO MANY UNACCEPTABLE CHARGE THAT THEY CHARGE YOU.

  Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a maintenance request fixed. Been out of AC for over 3 weeks now with the heatwave in full action. Haven’t had lights in the kitchen since I moved in 7 months ago. Staff in the office are dismissive and belatedly rude. Do not move here !

  Betsy, Nicole, and Courtney were AMAZING! I needed a place to live in immediately and these ladies did everything they could to make it happen as fast as possible. They could have just said there was nothing more they could do and leave it at that but they didn’t. I know I was a pain in their rear and I felt bad but not once did one of them sound or look upset When I seen them or called. Thank You Ladies my daughter and I are very grateful for all you have done! John M Gesinski
