Very personable, professional and a great experience. We were sold. The process was superb. All of our expectations have been met. We've been in our new home just over a month, we are very happy. Quality workmanship, great neighbors, a great community, and we love our new home.

Whenever I had a question or concern he answered it and even came to my former home to help me with any concerns, extras, mortgage, and options. When I met Steve on December 6th 2025, he spoke to me for 3 hours and 15 minutes explaining every possible option I could have in my new construction home. I would recommend Steve for any and all future Pulte developments. He is the best!
