  Recently moved into here. Dealt pretty exclusively with Danielle. She has been one of the most gracious, kind, and pleasant property managers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The grounds have been kept up well enough, and the apartment, despite it's age, has also been fairly well kept up. The couple of small issues I've had thus far have been addressed in a fairly efficient and professional manner. Would suggest living here, despite the overall lack of out-of-unit amenities at the property.

  Normally I would say it’s a great place to live. However lately I have had several issues with getting timely repairs and sometimes no repairs. I have listed in portal and made phone calls. I feel the longer I reside here the less my need matters, as if I’m no longer wanted here. Even though I do like it here because of the convenient location and the friendliness of staff.

  The worst apartment complex I lived in. I lived there me and my wife for one year there and i would say it was a chaos with everything. Super Rude Management Team, so unprofessional. over this year i had the maintenance come to the unit 6 or 7 times because when they came to do the winter check they only checked one Thing of the 8 points they were obligated to. Zero privacy i had to put a camera inside the house because I felt zero privacy living there And yeah some time they gave a notice before they come but they hang the note on the garage door over the weekend and when i try to call them on business days to reschedule or tell them the time they can come in the answer is (We did gave you a notice so we can come in anytime we want) I don’t recommend to anyone to live here

  Management is constantly taking things away and or placing more restrictive rules on things. Lived there over five years and constantly had bad experiences with management and their ever-changing rules. It’s too costly to put up with that BS.

  Very attentive management, will handle any issues or concerns promptly. Very friendly staff!
