  I moved into this community about two weeks ago, and my experience so far has been exceptional—especially when it comes to maintenance! I specifically want to recognize Chad, who has been absolutely AWESOME! Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled with impressive response time, professionalism, and efficiency. From the initial response to the final resolution, the level of service has truly been top-tier. Chad is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in making sure residents are taken care of. Having such a responsive and dependable maintenance team gives me a lot of reassurance and confidence in my decision to live here. I’m very glad to be part of a community with a superb maintenance team that genuinely cares about its residents. Chad definitely deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides!

  If I could give this property zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, our experience was consistently disappointing from the beginning of our tenancy. Shortly after moving in, we discovered that our dishwasher was not functioning properly. After notifying management, it took over two months for the issue to be resolved and the appliance to be replaced. We later experienced problems with our microwave, which also took over a month to be installed. In addition to the maintenance delays, the common areas inside the building were frequently unclean and often had unpleasant odors. Exterior maintenance was also lacking, as the grass was regularly overgrown and grounds upkeep appeared inconsistent. Communication and support were further complicated by the AI-based system used for resident assistance. Rather than simplifying the process, it often made it more difficult to get help and resolve concerns in a timely manner.

  Edwin together with other leasing team are absolutely great and helpful. They make our application smooth and fast. The apartment as well as the neighborhood are nice. I highly recommend this apartment especially for new one like us. 😊

  Recently moved into here. Dealt pretty exclusively with Danielle. She has been one of the most gracious, kind, and pleasant property managers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The grounds have been kept up well enough, and the apartment, despite it's age, has also been fairly well kept up. The couple of small issues I've had thus far have been addressed in a fairly efficient and professional manner. Would suggest living here, despite the overall lack of out-of-unit amenities at the property.
