  Genuinely, I have only been here for over a month, and this is the best residential experience I am ever experiencing. Beautiful apartment that fits exactly my needs, quiet community, friendly neighbors, amazing maintenance team, and a stellar front office. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to starting a new chapter in their life. ❤️ You will not regret it!

  I would highly recommend Waters Edge Apartments. The location is beautiful and quiet. In the last few months that I have lived here, the staff and maintenance have been nothing except extremely helpful. They are super friendly and address maintenance requests in a timely manner. My apartment looks great, although rent is a bit pricey, it has been worth the money.

  I have been here for awhile and this is one of the best management teams I've worked with. I miss some of the wildlife but I think its nice to make it open for dog owners. I've always liked the ponds. The maintainence crew are prompt and know what they're doing. Melissa and Jinny are great in the clubhouse. I look forward to new ideas like the Breakfast on Fridays. Everyone is friendly which makes it feel like family.
