  I've lived at Stadium District for 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. The location is unbeatable, especially as a baseball fan. There is not a comparable complex anywhere in Lansing that I have ever seen. It has the meijer next door, its just $50 for a gym fob, and has some cool restaurants around. I also appreciate the build quality and history of the building, great place to live.

  I’ve lived here for over a month now and this is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. I moved here all the way from Texas, I did not even tour the apartment before moving in. The office staff were so helpful and so kind to me with the move in process. The apartment was completely clean on move in day and you can tell it was freshly painted as well. This building is so private, I never see or hear my neighbors, I feel like I’m the only one living here at times! I have never seen a mess in the hallways and often hear the cleaners vacuuming out there atleast a once a week. The parking lot is always clean & always seems safe. Also the dumpsters are emptied frequently so the areas around the dumpsters are always clean as well. My heat is amazing & also my A/C. The maintenance guys came by for a routine pre scheduled check up and they were great guys very eager to help you with anything. Packages never getting stolen. Elevators have always worked. I completely recommend this building if you are looking for a place in the city!
