    Wonderful staff and management. Very attentive to maintenance. Neighbors Very friendly and very welcoming. Love the scenery and close to shopping.

    Overrated place for the high cost of rental The unit presented cracks in the walls and the flor in the kitchen, under the vinyl started to crack as well due to improper insulation under the concrete floor No matter how well I clean the unit, after leaving, they retain part of my deposit. Stay away, there are better places to live than that for that high cost and none of utilities were included either

    I went to visit Runaway Bay apartments last week, and I was certainly impressed by Ms. Lesia's customer service...she is very knowledgeable, energetic and kind to show me the apartment units...one of the things, impressed me is she is a good lisner...I liked the apartmens and I will definitely consider this apartment complex..
