  Had the pleasure of touring marketplace apts today with Zach, one of the most exceptional salesmen I’ve ever encountered. Super friendly and charming. The facilities were beautiful as well, I will definitely be applying

  Took a tour with Eris, very friendly and the apartments / building were great. Met the maintenance man Chris who seemed very friendly. I appreciated the time they took to show me around.

  Love this property. Very professional, friendly, and a wonderful atmosphere in downtown Lansing. will definitely be renting from them again. also love the river

  Living at Marketplace has been a great experience! MP Social lounge is a great amenity for when friends stop by, it makes the community feel so lively. The gym is amazing, tons of space and plenty of equipment. The grounds are actually well kept up compared to nearby properties. I love the modern style, which is exactly what I want in my apartment. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to live Downtown!
