I just want to take a moment to thank Chris Anguiano on the maintenance team for always being so great! It's never easy having someone in your home, but he's so kind and explains what's going on. I can't say it's ever a pleasure to have a maintenance issue, but it's made better when there's someone genuine, hardworking, and friendly to help you. Thank you so much, Chris!

Had the pleasure of touring marketplace apts today with Zach, one of the most exceptional salesmen I’ve ever encountered. Super friendly and charming. The facilities were beautiful as well, I will definitely be applying

Took a tour with Eris, very friendly and the apartments / building were great. Met the maintenance man Chris who seemed very friendly. I appreciated the time they took to show me around.
