  I toured many apartment complexes in the area because I was very particular about finding a clean, well-maintained place with a great community. Gateway Lofts stood out from my very first visit. Melissa and Rose were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional, making the entire leasing process seamless and making it an easy decision to choose Gateway Lofts. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the entire property is exceptionally well maintained. I have absolutely zero complaints and highly recommend Gateway Lofts to anyone who doesn’t want to compromise on where they live. A truly 5-star experience!

  Great place to live! The staff is friendly and helpful, the apartments are clean and well-maintained, and the location is convenient. I’ve had a great experience here and would definitely recommend Gateway Lofts to anyone looking for an apartment in Lansing.

  Gateway has been an amazing environment, with friendly staff as well as a great community. Being so close to campus as well as being able to walk to local restaurants just makes it that much better. I’d highly recommend checking out gateway lofts to anyone in the greater Lansing area.
