  The management and amenities are phenomenal! The move in process was so easy thanks to Mellissa and Rose. It is the best student housing you can find near campus by far.

  Hands down the best living experience in the Lansing area. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They make you feel right at home and would drop everything to help with whatever you may need! I am so happy to call Gateway Lofts my home.

  As a parent sending a child off to college, finding a place that is safe, clean, and well-managed is always the top priority—and Gateway Lofts has exceeded every expectation! From day one, the office staff made the entire leasing process smooth, simple, and completely stress-free. Every time we had a question or needed help with paperwork, they were incredibly patient and attentive. The apartments themselves are fantastic—bright, clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Whenever a minor maintenance issue has come up, the response time has been phenomenal. Maintenance handles everything quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. Most importantly, I have total peace of mind knowing my student is living in a safe, secure environment. Be sure to introduce yourself and make friends with the office staff! They are absolute rockstars and truly go above and beyond to look out for everyone living here. Couldn't be happier with our experience. Highly recommend Gateway Lofts to any student or parent looking for a great place to live in Lansing!

  Wonderful place to live that's close to the campus. The apartment was clean when I moved in and I have not encountered any issues throughout my stay. Melissa at the leasing office is very kind and always goes above and beyond to offer the best experience to residents!

  I’ve lived at Gateway Lofts for 3 years and have had a wonderful experience! The property is great. It was always very quiet, clean, and safe. Melissa and the management/maintenance team are awesome, incredibly helpful, and always attentive. The location couldn't be more convenient with great shopping and food options nearby. It was also an easy commute to the law school, and it's close enough to easily walk over to campus for football games, etc. Cannot say enough great things about living here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, peaceful place to live!
