- CECj EleyJul 29, 20261.02 weeks before I am supposed to move in. I am told the apartment needs to be renovated and that the price will increase after. There have been multiple complaints and reviews about this complex doing this. LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES. Why would you list an apartment, allow someone to pay a holding fee, (as I did) if you aren’t sure the apartment will be ready. We are talking about where people LIVE.This was unprofessional and frustrating. Anyone looking to live here take my advice: When applying for an apartment here, ask if they know the current status of the apartment. Please have a second option Always ask for clarification in an email or on paper, for situations like mine!! This always leaves options to hold people responsible for their actions.
