I just moved out of there recently and they are trying to charge s for every little thing!!! They sent us a notice charging us for things that were not even problems. Things that are so petty because they can...I tried to call them and they said in order to get any information on why they are charging me, I have to take them to court!! ALL I WANT IS PROOF!! $3 for a light bulb which I replaced ALL when I moved out, $6 for phone jack and $6 for outlets... NONE WERE BROKEN. The total bill that we owe is $1190.84. They are trying to get everything they can back. They do not care about their residence...just money. Bad business Practices....
