  Currently, the place is much cleaner and more organized. The constant work and maintenance of the hallways and common areas is evident. The cleaning staff are very kind and respectful; Mirka always has an excellent attitude. Their dedication and the good work they do are greatly appreciated.

  El Señor Nestor Argüello es uno de los mejores trabajadores que hay en Candlewyck quizás el mejor que nos ha tocado recibir en nuestro departamento cada vez que necesitamos realizar algún arreglo. Es una persona amable, súper educado, responsable, respetuoso, preocupado por terminar su trabajo y realizarlo a perfección. Lo recomendaría con los ojos cerrados

  Very well maintained property, and I’m very thankful for the wonderful maintenance staff! I especially want to recognize Nestor Arguello for his excellent work and dedication. On several occasions, I’ve submitted maintenance requests, and Nestor has always been quick to respond and very efficient in addressing and resolving the issues. He is incredibly kind, respectful, hardworking, and always makes sure the job is done properly. It’s clear that Nestor takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping the residents. I really appreciate his professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond whenever assistance is needed. Having someone as reliable and hardworking as Nestor on the maintenance team makes a big difference and is truly appreciated. Thank you, Nestor, for all of your hard work!

  Mr. Nestor Arguello is a good worker, I am very happy with his work, he is very efficient and capable of what he does, and I feel very well at the Candlewyck property, happy with all the changes for the good of the community.

  El Sr Jason Cruz: trabajador, atento, amable y hace un buen trabajo con las órdenes que se le asignan tanto en los apartamentos como en los pasillos, calles etc, mantiene limpia sus áreas de trabajo así como partes de la residencia y lo he visto cumplir múltiples funciones en su trabajo
