  Very well maintained property, and I’m very thankful for the wonderful maintenance staff! I especially want to recognize Nestor Arguello for his excellent work and dedication. On several occasions, I’ve submitted maintenance requests, and Nestor has always been quick to respond and very efficient in addressing and resolving the issues. He is incredibly kind, respectful, hardworking, and always makes sure the job is done properly. It’s clear that Nestor takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping the residents. I really appreciate his professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond whenever assistance is needed. Having someone as reliable and hardworking as Nestor on the maintenance team makes a big difference and is truly appreciated. Thank you, Nestor, for all of your hard work!

  El trabajo que realiza el sr Jason Cruz es excelente siempre amable buena actitud ordenado mantiene el área asignada limpia, y en diferentes lugares que se le ve trabajando siempre demuestra respeto.

  Mr. Nestor Arguello is a good worker, I am very happy with his work, he is very efficient and capable of what he does, and I feel very well at the Candlewyck property, happy with all the changes for the good of the community.

  El Sr Jason Cruz: trabajador, atento, amable y hace un buen trabajo con las órdenes que se le asignan tanto en los apartamentos como en los pasillos, calles etc, mantiene limpia sus áreas de trabajo así como partes de la residencia y lo he visto cumplir múltiples funciones en su trabajo

  El señor Jason Cruz es un excelente trabajador muy atento en la comunidad muy amable con el residente cumple con sus responsabilidades a la hora de hacer una orden de trabajo siempre con una actitud positiva y muy eficaz
