I would never rent from this apartment complex. The lack of response from the property manager, maintenance, and the corporate office is so frustrating. I pay a lot of money to live here and over the last month have had several issues with nothing resolved. The lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

After looking at so many places to rent, Victoria Pointe was everything I’ve been wanting! The land scape was beautiful, the complex was quiet, the apartments were all freshly painted with new carpet. It felt like a place you could call home. Not to mention Angela was amazing! So professional and personable and listen to my every want and need. The experience was amazing! Highly suggest taking a look!

Poor management. When we first moved in, our apartment wasn’t even fully cleaned. They misplaced the key so we had to wait over an hour to find it. They advertise as a smoke free community, but that’s not true. Lots of neighbors smoke weed and cigarettes, and the best that they do to handle it is send out a warning email, but nothing changes. Pretty disappointed. In the reply below, you mentioned I should reach out.. I have reached out.. You never called me back..
