  After looking at so many places to rent, Victoria Pointe was everything I’ve been wanting! The land scape was beautiful, the complex was quiet, the apartments were all freshly painted with new carpet. It felt like a place you could call home. Not to mention Angela was amazing! So professional and personable and listen to my every want and need. The experience was amazing! Highly suggest taking a look!

  Angela and Maureen were the best in the experience of finding us the perfect apartment for us! They were amazing in helping us and answering all of our questions!

  Poor management. When we first moved in, our apartment wasn’t even fully cleaned. They misplaced the key so we had to wait over an hour to find it. They advertise as a smoke free community, but that’s not true. Lots of neighbors smoke weed and cigarettes, and the best that they do to handle it is send out a warning email, but nothing changes. Pretty disappointed. In the reply below, you mentioned I should reach out.. I have reached out.. You never called me back..

  Amazing staff, went here for a tour and had the most amazing experience. Maureen was SO very HELPFUL!!😁 highly recommended!

  Had a small issue will our disposal and microwave a few weeks ago. Aron had everything fixed within 20 minutes. He was friendly and even work shoe coverings to make sure he didn’t track any outside dirt into our apartment. I saw him about a week later doing some maintenance around the complex and he gave me a big wave across the parking lot. After living under a terrible experience with a company in another state The Gillespie Group has been a very amazing experience for my partner and I.
