Angela is God sent to this place! She has literally walked me through every step moving in and even after the fact. She is very professional, kind, and helpful. If you ever move in ask for her specifically!

Spraying poisonous chemicals on lawns that are dangerous to pets without notify residents, they were in a coporate meeting today and were to busy to help.

I have been having a terrible experience with Gillespie Group. When I moved in, the dryer was broken, the garbage disposal was broken and plugging the sink, meaning the dishwasher didn’t work, either. The window on the patio sliding glass door needed and still needs some kind of vapor seal. It took at least a month for anyone to respond to fix things, and the dishwasher is now broken again, with no help in sight. You have been billing me for renters insurance and I already had it. I am telling everyone I know how poorly run this place is.

I stopped into the leasing office to check the status of my work order for my filter. A member from the management team was there and jumped up into action and walked up to the service shop and hand delivered the filter to me in the office. I appreciated the urgency in resolving my request.
