Units are pretty but they have the thinnest apartment walls I’ve ever lived in. If you aren’t a heavy sleeper this is not the place for you, you can hear neighbors simply talking or closing doors through the wall or floor. Stay away from the units near the post office loading dock and the community trash bins, that will wake you up between 3 and 6am.

Terra station apartments are a great place to live if you in the West Michigan area. The Hudsonville area is a booming area with a social district in the downtown area along with several restaurants and Huddys ice cream! Everyone is super friendly who lives here and everyone looks out for each other! Jacob the leasing manager is awesome as always!

Whether it’s the neighbors dog, or the footsteps from above, every sound in the building is shared. Every footstep, every bark, pretty much every sound is heard. The apartments aren’t very soundproof, so if you want some peace and quiet, look elsewhere. Also the insulation here sucks, in the winter the heat didn’t hold, and in the summer the cool air disappears quickly. The electricity bill makes it more expensive to live here. You also pay a high internet bill for common outages and lazy support, so not wfh friendly either.
