  My school aged children and I lived here for over one year and all in all it was ridiculous. When I initially applied there was office turnover so I had to begin the process multiple times due to paperwork being lost or misplaced by the previous staff. It took FOUR MONTHS before we were approved. By the time we moved in there had been three different groups of staff. The staff that was there when we moved in was consistent and handled any maintenance issues fairly promptly however suddenly they were gone. A few more rounds of staffers from other properties were in and out and once again, no consistency. During this time I was trying to renew my lease but, per usual, paperwork was "misplaced" and the process had to be restarted. Because I was so frustrated I started looking for houses and fortunately found one. I had initiated the renewal in January and my lease was due to end in March/April. Once I gave the office my notice that May would be my final month we moved. Trying to schedule a move out inspection was a joke due to the office being so short staffed. No one was available and Kevin told me to walk through myself and drop off the keys. When I dropped off the keys I asked if there was any final paperwork for me to complete and he told me "You're all set." Next thing I know I receive a letter from a collection agency for over $400 for "damages". NO ONE from the office ever sent me any type of communication- NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL, NO LETTER, NO TEXT about any damage!!! They simply contacted an agency and made a claim. They had my contact information. If there was an issue with how the apartment was left, it should have been communicated to me directly. It never was and I think it speaks volumes about the character of the person currently 'in charge'. All in all, my neighbors were wonderful, but the way this place is run is not professional and if your experience is anything close to mine it may cost you more in the long run. Renter beware. Other than Vernell, 0 out of 5 stars. ****As of September 28, 2026 NO ONE from the office has reached out in any way, shape or form. The inconsistency and lack of follow up is the only thing that is consistent.

  The only good thing about it is Tim the maintenance guy. He is absolutely wonderful. The management is terrible. Kevin is the rudest and most ignorant person I ever met. Kevin changes the rules daily and the tenants are suppose to guess what the new rules are. He also is so racist that I can’t believe he is a manager if you are not white Kevin hates you and will do whatever he can to show you he is the boss and just continue to harass people. The phones are never answered but if by chance you get through you always have to leave a message because the girl who answered knows nothing and then then never call you back. I think big changes need to happen with management for this place to become a place people want to live.

  Don’t bother applying if you don’t have perfect credit. It says low income but its not . All you do is pay 17 dollars to fill out an application and then be denied with an email. Thanks for nothing this place is a scam

  Huge shoutout to the new maintenance man ( I think Tim? )! He was professional, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. Really appreciated how kind and respectful he was throughout the process. The ladies who answer the phone are also very kind and helpful. The new manager, has been very helpful as well. There is a lot of staff turnover, but hopefully there is more stability soon!
