Kathy was the absolute best. I had so many questions throughout the leasing process and she answered them with patience and kindness. There were also last minute changes that had to be done, which she handled with perfection.

I’d like to give a big shoutout to Keyara from the front office! She was so welcoming and helpful. I left with a solid plan along with a smile on both me and my families faces :) Amazing & friendly staff!

Overall I enjoyed living at Spring Brook (moving out now after living here for 1 year). The office staff are super nice and helpful and maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner (1 or 2 days after the request was put in). The pool and rec areas are also pretty nice, though I did not use them often. The biggest downside of living here was the condition of the apartments. The kitchen drawers were constantly falling off of their ramps (maintenance did nothing about it) and the closet doors would slide out of position too often. Also the walls are pretty thin so I could hear my neighbors more than I wanted too. I'd recommend living here as long as you don't have super high expectations for the living space itself.

Lived here since November of 2015, it's been a positive experience. Price is a little steep but it's nice and quiet. The leasing consultant is very nice and actually remembers me. They have new management and seems to be improving. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment.
