I've been here almost 2 years now and the maintenence staff has been very prompt and knowledable. The office staff calls back within several hours if I txt a question and immediately if I call. No problems at all, good neighbors.

Do not come to this park, go to any other place, trust. You do not want your kids in here. They said they had the "move in special" then moved myself and family (kids included) into a house INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS! Not to mention the entire bathroom is covered in black mold, they just slapped a coat of paint on 'er and called it good nuff! Lots of people are tossing out their furniture and beds lately, I'm wondering if they are all experiencing what we have been. Luckily I have extermination experience, so I'm obviously handling the situations myself, but WOW! That was the worst experience I've ever had living anywhere in my entire life. I'd rather be homeless than deal with what I've gone through here. $1000's in damages and I know they wont pay for any of it even if I come forward, but with how poor they treat everyone, I bet they would try to retaliate. They also are trying to charge folks 450-600 a month for measly little lawns to be trimmed. It's amazing they treat people this way even after their clubhouse got firebombed.... Absolutely unreal, these people are hollow and god will face them for judgement in the afterlife for being so exploitive and selfish. These are people just trying to live, not paycheck to just farm. Not everyone wants to be harassed constantly AT THEIR "HOME" of all places... These people obviously have no idea what they're doing here... They obviously have been getting away with way too much.. If everyone files reports to the state and city, they will pick up the legal process necessary to remedy how slummy and unjust this place is to their OWN COMMUNITY! I'll pray for anyone who ends up here..
