  Kurt was amazing at helping my mom sell and buy her home in the Grand Rapids area. It was a unique and complicated process and he handled so much behind the scenes even hopping on calls with the family to answer questions regularly.   Kurt worked long and hard on selling my old home and getting the asking price and helping me to purchase my new home. When he or I found a new listing. He was very prompt in getting me a showing and pointing out the pros and cons. There were several roadblocks that he persistently took care of and found people to help with things that needed to be done. Mike also stepped up and helped with a potential offer on memorial Day weekend. I would highly recommend Smallegan real estate. I feel they go the extra mile and is a firm of integrity.

  Bailey was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He knows his stuff when it comes to the details that actually matter, and always gave me straight, informed answers instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear. He was super responsive throughout, made sure I could get into any house I was interested in, and put together competitive offers when the time came. He was also very honest about a few properties that weren't right for me and helped me stay patient until I found the one. Highly recommend.
