  Jacob Hills from Smallegan Realty and I only worked together for a short time before he found the perfect condo for me. He understood my needs as a solo buyer. He made the whole experience one in which I could accomplish what I wanted to do and also consider my financial situation. He is also very personable and offers good suggestions. He is very involved in the process. I would highly recommend him as an agent to work with who will get results.

His communication was clear, consistent, and responsive throughout the entire process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.   Tucker and the entire Smallegan team were incredibly helpful as first time home buyers. Tucker was transparent through the entire buying process, and helped us with ease to write an escalation clause that utlimately won us our first home (on the very first offer we placed!). He also helped navigate the home inspection report with the sellers that gave us a concession towards our closing costs. Their home inspector was incredibly honest and thorough. Their coordinator M'Kyleigh always sent us reminders on what was still needed, and made it easy to set up utilities with direct links to Consumers, city water, etc. She was always checking in on us to make sure we had no questions in the process. I'd recommend Tucker and the Smallegan Team to any first time home buyer.

  Jim and his team were absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my home. They were very communicative, answered all my questions, and rolled with the punches when life got busy. I really appreciate all the hard work they put in for me and I highly recommend using them.

  Got an email that I happened to open up and immediately was called by an AI bot trying to get my business with them. Very annoying and unprofessional. Just because I open an email doesn't mean I want to do business with you and I certainly then wouldn't want to talk to an AI robot. Use real human beings.
