  I Rented From PMI On 4/3/24 I Was Told I Couldn’t Renew My Lease For The 2nd Time With Absolutely No Reason Beside The Property Management Said So… I Never Viewed The Property Before Moving In It States That I Signed My Lease On 03/19/24 Which How Did I Do That If They Received Their Security Deposit On 4/3/24 The Same Day I Got The Keys, When I First Moved In Pieces Of The Wood Was Missing The Basement Shower Was Nasty And The Kitchen Blinds Were Broken When Reached Out To Property Management Through The Resident Portal Multiple Times They Told Me I Would Have To Go To Home Depot To Purchase Nee Blinds And Also My Own Air Filters For The Unit. 1 Month After Staying In This Until My Living Room Ceiling Fell Straight Trough Once Again Put In A Work Order My Ceiling Was Leaking Every Day Until About August My Upstairs Bathroom Kept Flooding And They Kept Sending A Man Who Knew Absolutely Nothing About Fixing Stuff Him And His Nephews Who Also Lived Out Where I Lived Who Also Weren’t Certified To Do The Work, (As I Knew Cause We Knew One Another) When I Moved 2/28/26 He Stated On My Lease I Didnt Move Out Until 4/14/26 Which The Unit Was Already Under Construction (I Walked In As It Was Unlocked) New Flooring Cabinets New Lights Everything But Wouldn’t Come Fix Anything For Me (Also I Complained About Mold Multiple Times Due To My Kids Having Asthma) Nothing Was Ever Done As My Pipes Broke Multiple Times In The Basement Main Floor And Upstairs I Had A Leak On Every Floor!!! When I Seen My Move Out Ledger And My Lease And Also The Damages He Said I Left Which Was Nothing But Trash That Couldn’t Fit In Their Dumpster As We Will Literally Be Charged For Leaving Stuff On The Outside I Was Charged $700 For Blinds And Only Blinds I Was Responsible For Was A Bedroom Blinds It Was Only 1 Window…. $700 For Trash Removal Which I Said Was NOT Much I Was Charged $400 For A Broken Cabinet Drawer That I Put A Work Order In For $350 For A Missing Flooring Piece That I Literally Have A Picture Of That Was There When I First Moved In!!! They Took My Whole $2500 Security Deposit And Still States I Owe Them $1082 And I Believe I Really Just Paid Them So They Could Pay The People To Redo Their Unit Because I Didnt Not Leave The Unit In Bad Condition At All And It Also States I Never Violated Their Leasing Property But Continues To Tell Different People Im Trying To Rent From Bad Things About Me!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY MAKE IT VERY HARD TO MOVE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IVE never Had A Bad Experience With Living Or Moving Out Of Anywhere
