  We worked with Adam and Grace Fuller and could not have had a better experience. From the start, Adam was incredibly thorough offering us many options and scenarios breaking down each piece in detail. When we had a crazy idea to change our plans from purchasing used to building a new construction, he helped us to find a way to achieve this… something we never thought could be possible. During our longer new construction process, Adam kept us well informed as rates changed continually providing us with detailed numbers and charts. Grace helped us handle all the nitty gritty details, organize our paperwork, and make sure everything was good to go before we closed. It was an incredibly seamless process and we got to the closing table worry-free. We have purchased before and never thought the process could be this simple. Hands down, could not recommend a loan officer more!! Thank you to the Fuller Team for helping our family into the perfect home!

  I highly, highly recommend Mortgage 1 and specifically Adam and Grace Fuller from the team! They will give you an amazing experience, and are ON 👏🏼 TOP 👏🏼 OF 👏🏼 THINGS! They worked with us from start to finish on our very first home, and have been incredible partners in the process. If you're considering MSHDA loans especially, I wouldn't go anywhere else. We closed in record time with no hiccups, and this team fully on top of the entire process. Super grateful for their personal care and attention to detail! 💯💯 People said buying a home and closing is stressful? These guys made it feel so easy! Okay, done bragging on them. Seriously; I have no affiliation with Mortgage 1 or the fuller team, just an incredibly happy customer!

  I’ve done several transactions with Scott and him team since 2012. I have NEVER had one issue or hiccup. In fact, Scott gave me focused service and helped me to improve my credit score for my first home purchase. Since then, I have refinanced and purchased again with this group. Jon was amazing during the loan process as well. This type of individualized service is priceless. Id recommend them 100 times over!!!
