  We had another great experience working with Mortgage One—this was our second time using them, and once again, it was the best decision. Adam and Grace Fuller were incredible throughout the entire process. Their communication was top-notch, and everything moved quickly and smoothly. There was even a moment on a Sunday evening when we were in full panic mode trying to accept an offer on the house we were selling, and they answered our call and helped put us completely at ease. That level of care meant a lot, especially when they didn’t have to be available. The whole process felt like a well-oiled machine to hit the deadlines we needed, and they made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy. If you’re thinking about working with them, you won’t be disappointed. Adam and Grace make a great team (The Fuller Team), and we’d absolutely recommend them to anyone going through the home buying process.

  Adam and Grace Rock. The Fuller team brought their A game when they took me on. Private roads issues and such and they got it done. So helpful answering questions and talking me down when I was ready to just say forget it. Can not praise these two people enough and now have a house to call my own.

His experience in mortgage lending is obvious in the way he anticipated issues and helped us navigate every step with confidence. The sale of our home ended up being a very long, drawn-out process, but Dan never wavered. He stayed by our side from start to finish, consistently checking in, updating us on where things stood, and adjusting as timelines and circumstances changed. At every point, we felt like a priority, not a transaction, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping our family get to the finish line. Communication with Dan was excellent. He was easy to reach, quick to respond, and always patient, no matter how many questions we had or how many times we needed to revisit numbers or scenarios. He explained complex mortgage details in plain language and made sure we felt comfortable with each decision before moving forward. On the numbers side, Dan worked hard to find the right program for our situation and was transparent about rates, costs, and what to expect at closing.
