  No running AC and ticket was put in for emergency maintenance as the high for the day is 88. Maintenance called and said all I can do is drop off a window unit later today. I explained that my unit does not have windows that open in the living area and the maintenance guy said well I dont know what to tell you, its not getting fixed until Monday. I pay 1800 a month and the emergency maintenance won't even look at the AC unit.

  Quiet area. Friendly maintenance staff (especially Abraham). I've been living here since 2024 and glad I was able to renew. Love the walking path nearby, as well as not having a lot of noise despite being right next to Saginaw.
