Special thanks to Edwin Ventura, he made moving in as smooth as possible.

I really appreciate the turnaround time that the office takes to respond back with any questions or concerns. I just recently had an issue with a package delivering to the wrong apartment and Danielle was able to reach out to the resident who received it. The package was returned timely and in good condition.

**Edit: AC unit is now working great. This is not a reflection on the maintenance staff assigned to Townsend. Our maintenance staff was out first thing Monday morning to make sure everything was working correctly after the fix. No running AC and ticket was put in for emergency maintenance as the high for the day is 88. Maintenance called and said all I can do is drop off a window unit later today. I explained that my unit does not have windows that open in the living area and the maintenance guy said well I dont know what to tell you, its not getting fixed until Monday. I pay 1800 a month and the emergency maintenance won't even look at the AC unit.

Quiet area. Friendly maintenance staff (especially Abraham). I've been living here since 2024 and glad I was able to renew. Love the walking path nearby, as well as not having a lot of noise despite being right next to Saginaw.
