  I am going to miss living here. Ro from the office was so kind and professional! The maintenance guys were pretty awesome and I had the absolute best sunset views I could ask for. Highly recommend especially for anyone new to the area.

  First of all I would like to say that this place is a joke to live at, they raise rent and then they constantly have the pool closed, and we pay for that amenity. I would suggest wanting to not live here. Waste of money and your time.

  Initially, our experience was positive during our rental period (3 months). We lived in a new, updated unit, while waiting for our home sale to close. Having never lived in an apartment, we were very reluctant, but had high hopes. During our lease signing, we were told by Tiffany that if we referred someone and they signed a lease, that we would receive a $300 referral credit. Well, it just so happened, that we did refer a family who did sign a lease. Per management, they said our rental periods had to overlap by a month for us to receive credit. Our lease periods did overlap and I filled out all necessary paperwork, tax forms etc. in the office after speaking with staff regarding the referral. Paige looked up our lease and theirs and said, "Yup, all we need are the forms." Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called and was told by the manager that it would be handled. Additional weeks passed and still nothing. I called again and spoke to Karl. He said he would look into it and that they've been really busy. He also said Paige was no longer with the company and used to handle the referral credits, but that he would look into it and call me back. Empty promises, right? Yup. He never called. I called again a week and a half later (today) and he gave me the same line again. But this time, he did call me back and stated, "Unfortunately, they didn't list you on their lease paperwork." Bull!! This family specifically told management during the lease signing that I referred them and they wrote my name down on some kind of paper work because they recall doing so. Management should have instructed them where to list me, if needed to be listed in multiple places. This all sounds like a bunch of BS to me. Empty promises and lies by management to get out of paying a deserved referral credit. When you deal with dishonest management, it doesn't matter how nice a place is, you will always leave with a bad taste in your mouth. I will not refer anyone here again. They manipulate you and feed you all the promises in the world and don't deliver. Poor business practice and dishonest staff. DO NOT waste your time and be deceived because they will do it again.
