  The main team was very quick to respond and fix our issues. They text the problems quickly and without any hassle. I was very happy to see that they took the time to fix Wright.The first time , rather than just do a temporary fix which has happened at other complexes that I have looked at. Very professional very nice top notch people!!!!

  I’ve lived here over two years in the same unit and recently in these last few weeks the humidity in my unit was between 70-80% (I am on the 3rd floor-keeps AC between 69-71). I’ve been using a dehumidifier but decided to put in a maintenance request today just to make sure all is well. Nicholas H accepted my request almost instantly and came within a few hours later. Filter was filthy so he suspected that is a big part of it, changed the filter, and was done and out in a super timely manner. Nice guy to chat with and great at communicating anything he’s doing when it comes to all maintenance!

  The apartment was clean and lovely when we moved in last March, new carpet, freshly painted. The little things that have needed repair have been addressed quickly — Nick is awesome, and often does little jobs that were not in the work order, like adjusting the temperature of the hot water heater. The complex itself is well maintained; our guests often comment on how nice the pool and pool area is. The complex is an easy walk to town, close to all the fun things, yet quiet and peaceful. There is ample parking, even when guests come. I can’t think of anything that would make it better.
