  I was a resident for 19 years. I see what the other reviewers mean by exorbitant charges upon move out. Over $800 in "damages"! I have photos and videos of damages created by technicians and flooding of my apartment several times. After 19 years as a resident and no upgrades ever made I shouldn't be expected to foot the bill for them. No appreciation of long term tenants. If you move in or are planning on moving out soon, document everything!

  I notified the office of problems with my A/C & screen door, within less than 24 hours; Milton from maintenance fixed both issues. Milton was a top-notch maintenance technician, he was very friendly and accommodating. I'm very grateful for both parties! There was solid communication, and a ready solution available to me as a resident. I'm very grateful to reside in a community that provides swift resolutions to any issues at hand! Thank you Perry Place & associates for your hard work!

  Easy move in process and incredibly friendly, patient staff!!! Robbie and Gavin made the application and move-in process a breeze!!

  Lease Renewal process is simple, convenient and easy. Been a resident since 2019. One thing I love about here is that it's quiet and it has more enhanced security now for community measures and peace. Maintenance people are so friendly and kind. Personally, I like it here so far. I might not like my inconsiderate neighbors sometimes with them smoking weeds and that smells coming to my vent, but they all come and go! - so, that's about it. I'm still thankful to Perryplace Apartments for their excellent resident services so far!

  I’ve lived here for almost 6 years. Do not take a 5 star MOVE IN review as a good review for this place. If you’re local or know anyone who personally lives here you know this complex is not good and has been falling apart for years. My water IS shut off atleast once a month EVERY month for almost the entire day. My building and other buildings have been having plumbing issues for years and last year they had us start paying for water. Also for the REFERRAL PROGRAM, I was told by JAYLA that I would be receiving a 500 credit for not april but Mays rent. It was not there, I called up there because they were threatening on taking me to court for not paying the entire bill and I spoke with Jayla directly who did not apologize for giving me the wrong information and said i’d have to pay it and if I wanted to talk to a manager i’d have to a different day because they’re in a meeting! Have not heard back and i’ve been reaching out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM. maintenance also said they have NEVER seen ANYONE get their security deposit back.
