We serve our clients in four counties with a personalized, professional approach to property management. Mark Heppard, the founder of Mutual Property Management, has been involved and active in mortgages and real estate for over 20 years. Being an investment property owner himself, Mark Heppard wasn’t happy with the poor service he had received from Michigan property management companies he hired to manage his own rental properties. At Mutual, we are dedicated to preserving and protecting our landlord’s properties in every way possible. At the same time, we try to make every attempt to please our tenants.
