I’ve had a great experience living here. The location is excellent, and the property is always clean, well-maintained, and up-to-date. Will, the property manager, is very helpful and always willing to assist whenever I have an issue or concern. He is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Overall, I’m very happy with the property and the management. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained place in a great location!

I really wish I didnt not have to give this apartment complex a one star review. I had lived here peacefully with my husband for over 4 years, I had amazing neighbors and the staff and maintenance crew were great. UNTIL this past year 2025 and 2026. I had a horrible neighbor move in that stalked and harassed my husband and I. I brought this up with the office manager and pushed it further over his head and I consistently got no help and multiple times no responses. I had police reports and evidence. Maintenance started not responding to any requests. The grounds are not kept up with, the parking lot has deep holes in it. Drugs and violence are allowed and never dealt with. And the noise is unbelievable. This is not a place I would ever recommend.

After 8 years plus, I am very happy here. Great location. Quiet. I have suffered through many property managers. Will is the absolute best and I can’t imagine this place without him. Friendly, willing to help, works hard. I hope he never leaves.

We have mold on the bathroom walls. Put in an emergency maintenance request and nothing yet .. its been 3 weeks. We told them about the mold growth when we told them our tub and tiles were peeling off and the responded by saying that it wasn't mold just growing organisms that should be cleaned with light soap and water. Its been a while now and now its causing headaches in the morning and I'm always clearing my throat when I'm in there.
