Don’t let the pretty pictures fool you. This place is absolutely awful to live in I regret ever moving here! Truly miserable living experience for my family…
Community (fee):
Terrible outdoor space for starters. Lawn maintenance is completely awful, grass is either dead or a swamp, no in between. My child can’t even go play outside without a big mud hole sitting right outside my patio, as well as broken glass, rusty nails & hooks, and so much other misc. objects scattered throughout the rock beds. I’ve brung the issue to the office since September and they’ve dismissed me as usual, nothing changes.
The pool was green for the majority of June and the pool vacuum seems to live in the pool now with kids playing around it (big safety hazard btw!). Pool looks nicer than it feels.
You can’t use your patio/balcony the way you want! You’re literally only allowed to have lawn chairs and maybe a table or else you’re getting a lease violation letter on your door. Not allowed to decorate (especially for the holidays) NO TOYS god forbid you have a toy for your child out on your patio, your getting that lease violation! Oh and absolutely no door mats, not even outside your front door. Can’t decorate your doors or windows either so if you’re driving through and wonder why it looks so unlived in-that’s the rules, they don’t want to know you exist. (Attached a photo of my patio that was in violation of their rules+list of rules)
Additionally:
you’ll have to pay a maintenance fee for a service they won’t even provide, nobody comes when something’s broken unless it’s your water or heat apparently so be prepared to fill out 10+ request for a minor issue. When they do finally come, they’ll most likely give you a temporary solution instead of actually fixing the problem. Like my toilet handle, the closet doors off track, my dining room light is crooked, my kitchen floor is peeling/unsealed, multiple lights blown out but I can still see so why would they come replace the light bulb right? I’ve been told “it’ll be easier to fix when you guys move out” so nothing will change in my unit until we no longer live here…wow. So many issues I’ve had since the first week of living here STILL unresolved!
Apon moving in we weren’t told we had a storage unit-going to investigate we found out why! Maintenance from my understanding was out sick so Will came and personally fixed it up for us-thanks will! Moving forward the hallway leading to storage has now been flooded since winter and progressively gets worse……
I’ve had the WORST experience of my life since day 1 of moving in-do they even try fix any of these issues? NO! Management quite literally walks right past all the issues and conveniently are never in the office when needed. There’s no email to contact anyone who runs this place either and I’m thinking they did that for this exact reason. They don’t care about their tenants and it’s clear all they want is your money.
I have so much more I could add in!
To anyone looking to move here-do yourself a favor and don’t!

I love the location, the apartment, and that is safe and quiet. In the last year the landscaping has changed and gone down. Many dead bushes, overgrowth. The main issue is the maintenance department. Many things are not taken care of or do not get done. They did not call when the job is through. The emergency maintenance is excellent!! They call and inform you once they are on site and when they are done. The main office is good, sometimes they do not return calls, but otherwise helpful and kind.

In applying for another year William helped me with my computer needs in renewing my lease. He was fast and there were so many issues because I didn't have an email and I had a new phone number which the computer wouldn't accept and he was able to handle all those issues.

Staff and guests aren’t on the same page. When I live here, I had someone complaining I was parking in their spot that I pay for. I had to double check with the office and my apparent neighbor kept harassing me with notes. This place is so overpriced
