  I would like to recognize Dashanay Williams for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. My brother had an urgent matter that needed immediate attention, and Dashanay was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and welcoming approach.   Dashanay Williams was absolutely wonderful to work with. My brother had an urgent situation, and she went above and beyond to help us through the process. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always had a warm and friendly attitude. She took the time to answer our questions and made everything much easier during a stressful time.   When I moved in (2016) I was showed a storage locker that went with my apt. 2wks. later they sent a letter saying it would cost $25 per month to use the locker. Strike1. Strike2. New cabinets were put in all apts., everything taken out of the old cabinets would not fit in the new cabinets (smaller space inside). Strike 3. It used to be easy to get things fixed in your apt., now you have to put in a request in the portal and no telling how long that will take if they even check it. It shouldn't take over a month to get a drain unclogged. But, I hate moving, so here I am. Roof over my head. Oh and a big one, they redid our mail room and made it accessible to anyone coming in off the street (porch pirates). That didn't make any sense to me.
