  My overall experience at Muirwood has been decent. The houses are spacious and has in-unit washer dryer. The community, the space, the layout, the greenery is very clean and beautiful. The best part is that you get a carport with an apartment. Couple of drawbacks is that Maintenance is extremely slow, unless you keep following up, you can’t get your service for weeks even. Emergency maintenance orders too can take atleast 4-5 days. Staff is not very friendly about it either. Moving-in can also be a little bit uncomfortable and annoying. You don’t get the keys to the house after 5PM that day, not the morning.

  I love it here im always enjoy the weather on my patio or talking with the neighbors cuz everyone is so friendly and the staff are awesome

  EDIT: While I have had a frustrating time dealing with noisy neighbors and continued plumbing issues, Breanne has offered meaningful resolutions to the issues and I appreciate that more than anything. All I ask for is open and honest communication and she has provided that since being in contact with her. Muirwood management team on the other hand has still never provided a single response to the emails I had sent trying to resolve the persistent plumbing issues. Nonetheless, I appreciate Breannes efforts to make the situation right. Muirwood is a great community to live in, great location, and good accommodations for the price. Here’s to hoping the plumbing issues have stopped and I won’t have to move to another unit.
