  I had a wonderful experience visiting Fairmont Park Apartments! Jazzmyne was very welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. She took the time to answer my questions, show me around, and make the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her kindness and the information she provided. Thank you, Jazzmyne, for making my visit such a positive experience! ( Please kept me posted on the November availability & rates.) I’m definitely considering Fairmont Park to my next Home!!

  I lived in a first floor apartment for three years. My time here was mostly uneventful, all issues I had were promptly handled by maintenance. Overall not a bad apartment, but very expensive. Kitchen appliances are pretty old and does not come with a microwave. If you can afford the price they are decent but maybe not quite worth what they are asking for value wise. My negative experiences come during move out, when they charge you for everything. They tried to charge me for a carpet replacement before even attempting to clean the carpet. I had to complain for them to try and clean the carpet first instead of replacing it. I lived there by myself, with no pets, there is no way they carpet was anything other than normal wear and tear. They charged me a cleaning fee, carpet cleaning fee, and to replace the drip pans for the stove. For $1700 a month for 3 years and they still charge you for every little thing so they can try and keep your deposit. All that is stuff that THEY should be paying for as normal operational cost between tenants. Security deposits are to pay for damages, not normal cleaning. Not really an issue, but they should look into adding sidewalks, as everyone walking in the roads can be dangerous and slows down people trying to get to/from work.

  Such a great experience- Jazzmyne was a delight and so helpful. The apartment is super nice and spacious. Very beautiful and well kept community. Happy we have chosen to reside here.

  I would leave a zero star review if it were possible. We started to have problems almost immediately upon arrival. We have over two pages worth of maintenance requests about box elder bugs, literal HOLES in the floors of multiple rooms, a messed up furnace, BIRDS living in our walls from HOLES in the patio, and MICE are now in our unit! We have been here less than 4 months and it feels like a zoo! The complex has moved with very little urgency regarding this family of MICE even after we told them there are very small children in the home. To be paying this high of rent on time, I would expect to be able to live in this space with my family comfortably but for the past week we have been living elsewhere because of RODENTS! This is the sorriest excuse for a place to live I have ever sat my eyes on. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

  Great place! I love that they have a rewards program too! Place is relatively safe, with the one exception that my bike was stolen here (someone cut my bike’s lock). It was locked onto the bike racks here, so I was sad to see it was missing. Otherwise, I have had no issues living here. It has been great otherwise. I just won’t have a bike while I live here until I have a place with more proper storage…
