Always good to see that the team is out there working on getting things fixed. The staff is easy to talk to about concerns and following up when needed.
The community looks good, glad to see road repairs being done and the pool is in great shape, love the upkeep with new furniture.
Sometimes if I need something small, I just go into the office and get what I need like batteries, or a light bulb and they get me what I need right then and there.
I do this to help the techs work on the things I’m not capable of doing myself, and help others that need it.
Amazing place to live. The outdoor pool is absolutely beautiful.
Management is responsive and has been so great lately at making sure residents are following the rules. Maintenance is always working - they seriously work so hard. We love the food trucks that are here weekly this summer and the new events that the office puts on are great. The office staff are so kind. The new property manager really seems to care and sends out the best emails. This place really has changed for the better recently and we're really happy living here.

During our tenancy, we dealt with a persistent mouse infestation that resulted in 12 mice entering our apartment. Despite repeated reports and assurances by management that the issue would be resolved, there was never a lasting solution. Management ignored our emails and tried to put the blame on us despite us having a professional biweekly cleaning service. All they did was throw a trap in our apartment and belittled us for being afraid of a little mouse. This was a safety hazard especially having an infant in the home. We couldn’t have maintained this apartment any better in such pristine conditions. It’s disappointing that they would try to shift the blame on us when they couldn’t do anything about the issue.
Management also scheduled plumbing work that required us to clear our belongings throughout the apartment and endure three consecutive days without water. We received little notice, no alternative accommodations were offered despite having an infant, and contractors repeatedly entered our home during rainy weather with muddy shoes. I had to run to the leasing office back and forth the get water to mix formula. The leasing office wasn’t open at 7 am when the contractors came in to do plumbing work and I had to go to the nearest gas station to use the bathroom because the bathrooms at the gym in the clubhouse were broken. I have never felt more helpless in my entire life. Management simply replied that this was the policy.
On top of all this, when we moved out, we received charges that we believe were unwarranted such as a replacement of carpet when they gave us an old carpet to begin with and we had before and after pictures showing that it looked exactly the same. They did not give us our safety deposit back but instead charged us more than the security deposit to the point where we owed more money to them when we did nothing wrong.
Our ceiling has leaked and fell to the floor on multiple occasions in the two years that we lived here. They gave us old appliances such as the laundry machine and dryer. It takes two hours for clothes to actually dry when you put it on the highest setting.
I was fooled by the walkthrough thinking that the place looked great in the model unit until I moved into the unit assigned to us.
The amenities are mediocre. Half the time they are not available due to maintenance.
Rent is increased every year by a significant amount.
Overall, your voice will not be heard by management. They are absolutely rude and inconsiderate.
I have never had an issue with receiving my security deposit back in the previous apartments I have lived in. Citation club is listed as a luxury apartment but it is by far the worst management and apartment ever. If you have an infant this is not a safe place and would not recommend this place to anyone. Think twice before coming here.
The service at this apartment community has been very poor. I have been reporting the flooring issue caused by the upstairs apartment for the past year, but it still has not been addressed. The quality of the apartment construction and maintenance is disappointing, and management has not taken adequate action to resolve resident concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this apartment community to future residents.

The property looks nice from the outside, but it's poorly managed. We only lasted about a month before giving notice to move out. Maintenance is extremely slow, and unless the issue is considered critical, you're lucky if it gets addressed. Even the vendors they hire are disorganized. During a scheduled preventive maintenance visit, our unit was skipped entirely, and we later learned several other apartments had also been missed.
We also experienced constant heavy impact noise, screaming, and thudding from the apartment above that made our home unlivable. Upstairs neighbors informed us the child upstairs has a disability. We have empathy for the family, but the ongoing disturbances were so severe that we had to leave our apartment to sleep elsewhere before work. Despite providing recordings and documentation, management's response was simply to tell us to call the non-emergency police line and they refused to work with us toward a reasonable resolution.
If you're looking for responsive management that takes resident concerns seriously, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
