  the apartment is nice we just moved in 3 weeks ago the only problem i really have is i have broken cabinets upon moving in and also i put a work order in my dining room light nd they still never came to fix the blew fuse the apartment is also bug friendly with spiders but overall i really like it here i love how the whole thing layed out

  Simone, the leasing manager, never informed me that if I applied for a unit but didn’t move forward with it, the entire application would be automatically canceled. I was out of the country for two weeks, and by the time I returned, my whole application had been canceled. The non-refundable application fee was $200. This company is difficult to work with. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when applying for an apartment here.

  My review after being here for 6 days. You're paying for amenities, there's nothing luxury about this place. Appliances are old and dingy, not new as advertised. Sliding doors either off track or not working. Door frame separating, where they tried to paint over. My unit was not cleaned properly hair still left from the old tenant throughout and in washer machine. Cracked sink in the bathroom, tub not glazed with stains. The clean was visibly rushed last minute, as my carpet was still damp upon my move, and had an animal smell. Advertising luxury with cheap mini blinds. I asked to see the unit several times before my move in day, but kept receiving the run around that it's not ready to show like they're doing a deep clean/preparation. This was a big mistake!!

  My garbage disposal became disconnected when I turned it on. 20-30 minute after I put in the maintenance request someone was at the door to fix it. Pat came inside and fixed the problem. It only took him a few minutes to fix it. He was professional and fast. I really appreciated how quickly he responded and how quickly he fixed the problem.

  My husband and I are currently looking for an apartment. We arrived today at our scheduled time, and the manager showed us two model units — a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom — both fully furnished like showrooms. When we asked if we could see an actual available unit, he told us that would only be possible after submitting an application, even though there are four units currently available for move-in. We find this to be misleading and a very disrespectful way to treat potential tenants.
