  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with the maintenance guy Tevyn who came out to take care of the work in my home. He was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure everything was done correctly and didn’t leave until the job was completely finished. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and I really appreciated how clean and thorough he was. Great service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend him and would be happy to have him come back for any future maintenance needs!

  I would strongly recommend being very cautious before signing a lease here. We applied for and signed a lease for a specific apartment with a September 26 move-in date because that date was important for our housing situation. We paid a $200 application fee and a $750 holding fee, completed the entire application process, and made our moving plans around the apartment and move-in date we were given. After all of that, we were informed that the current resident had decided to renew their lease, meaning the apartment we had signed for was no longer available. We were then told that our signed lease was “voided” and that we needed to choose a completely different apartment. The alternatives did not provide the same combination of price, features, and move-in date that we originally signed for. One of the alternatives could have worked for our move-in timeframe, but it was not what we had originally agreed to, and the other options did not work with our September 29 deadline. We ultimately had to walk away and start our apartment search over, despite having already made our plans and commitments based on this property. While they did agree to refund our $750 holding fee, they refused to refund the $200 application fee, leaving us out $200 because of a situation that was not caused by us. What was especially disappointing was the lack of accountability throughout the process. We were repeatedly told they were trying to accommodate us, but the “accommodations” essentially consisted of asking us to choose from apartments that did not meet the terms and timing we originally needed. The most we received in terms of an apology was essentially that they “tried,” which was incredibly frustrating considering we were the ones who had to rearrange our housing plans because the apartment we signed for was no longer available. I understand that residents can change their plans and that situations happen. What I don’t understand is why the consequences of that change were almost entirely placed on the new tenants who had already signed, paid fees, and planned their move around the agreement. This experience cost us $200, wasted a significant amount of our time, and put us back at square one with finding housing. For us, the biggest issue wasn’t even that the original apartment became unavailable—it was how the situation was handled afterward and the lack of meaningful accountability for the inconvenience it caused. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing, carefully reviewing what you’re signing, and being prepared for the possibility that the apartment you are applying for may not ultimately be available.

  Leasing office (specifically Simone) is amazing and very helpful. When I moved in there were three electrical outlets that weren’t working re loose and/or would not work for either two or three prong chargers. Also the dryer didn't work. Was told to pull out the start button which is obviously designed to be pushed not pulled out then pushed … It took nearly two weeks but Simone was great in being responsive through the process until it was fixed.

  We’ve truly enjoyed living at Citation Club for the past three years. As we’re getting ready to move into our forever home, we’re grateful for the great experience we’ve had here. Simone, the Leasing Manager, has been one of the best parts of living here. Whether I stopped by with a maintenance concern, had a question about my lease, or was just saying hello, she was always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. She makes residents feel valued and creates a positive atmosphere in the community. Rodney from the maintenance team also deserves a huge shout-out. He’s always been responsive, professional, and quick to resolve any maintenance requests. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent. We especially loved the clubhouse, gym, hot tub, and pool. We used the gym and hot tub about three times a week! My only suggestion would be to update some of the gym equipment, but that’s honestly a minor improvement. Overall, Citation Club has been a wonderful place to live, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming community with an amazing management and maintenance team. Thank you, Simone and Rodney, for making our three years here such a positive experience!
