- ASAmy SentersJun 10, 20262.0For the second year in a row, the pool is not open timely I’m being told it won’t be open until almost the end of June that is not acceptable considering that is one of the reasons that we moved into this apartment. Also, our bushes are completely out of control. You can’t even see out the kitchen window, but there doesn’t seem to be any urgency to trim those. If you call you can’t even call locally to talk to somebody in the office. You actually have to go into the office to ask a question that is not acceptable. We should have access to call local and get the answers we need. I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from the staff here and the way I’ve been treated. I cannot wait to move out. .

Upon me trying to explain that i was sent a link to link my bank account to their income verification tool, she cuts me off mid sentence to let me know there are other options. As i also try to explain that i understand but i was not given the other options she gets an attitude and tells me im refusing to do something. It is understandable to have such an attitude working a dead end job as such. Don’t move here
