- KHKenita Harris6 days ago1.0The assistant manager was standoffish. I had to close the door behind me while she walked to the golf cart. Her actions made it seem like she wasn’t interested in giving me the tour.
- JJJ JSep 28, 20262.0We are going on our 3rd lease term, and conditions at this apartment complex have unfortunately gone downhill. Between high staff turnover—with employees constantly leaving for "new positions"—maintenance issues, and poor oversight, the quality of service has severely declined. Multiple maintenance work orders are routinely marked as completed without ever actually being done, and management offers little to no communication with tenants to ensure quality care. Given the high cost of living here, it is very disappointing to see this lack of support, and I hope higher management steps in to address these issues.

I recently had a maintenance experience where it took a long time for my work order to be reviewed, but the level of service I received was above and beyond once the maintenance team did take a look at my issue. Originally, a part was ordered to fix my washing machine, but when that didn't work, they ended up swapping the whole machine with a new one to keep me from having to wait longer for more parts. Thank you!
