- TLTami LeszczynskiMay 2, 20255.0We recently moved into The Press/321. The staff was professional and prompt throughout move in. The security staff in the foyer are always friendly and have treats for pups when they come back from walks. The management has events for the residents and in April there was a discussion on plants and BloomBox gave everyone there a free potted plant. The property is so clean - everywhere. I've found Ann, who is in charge of cleaning, on the outside cleaning windows. She is extremely helpful and always has a smile. Our apartment was immaculate when we moved in and so quiet. When we're inside you dont hear a thing. Our neighbors and everyone I've met have been friendly. Overall we have found this to be a wonderful experience.

Instead of charging the regular price of $295 for parking they charge $200 for the inconvenience that’s been going on for months. I rather pay $295 and not have to wait so long

The promised underground parking is now over a year behind schedule, the pool is full of disruptive non residents (despite an unenforced 1 guest policy), and if you complain, you will be told you are the only person unhappy - I have heard this from three others in addition to myself.
